BOOKING FEE

When booking your appointment you will be required to pay a non refundable booking fee to secure your appointment. Your booking fee is not an additional cost to your service, the amount gets taken off the cost on the day of your appointment leaving you only the remaining balance to pay.

Your booking fee can be transferred to another appointment once only, as long as you give 24 hours or more notice of this change.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment you will lose your booking fee and will need to pay another one to secure your new booking.

If you are going to be late, I allow 15 minutes before your appointment gets cancelled meaning you lose your booking fee.

No Shows will lose their booking fee and be required to pay 50% of their missed appointment amount before being able to make another booking.

Infill rolling booking fee:
A rolling booking fee is an option for those having infills which means you don’t have to pay a £10 booking fee every time you book your infill appointment. You pay a one off payment of £10 for an unlimited amount of infill appointments, this doesn’t get taken off your payment on the day of appointment until you decide you want it to for example if you would like to have a break from lashes, this will then get taken off your last appointment.
