COMPLAINTS & REFUNDS

• If for any reason you are unhappy please let me know within the first 48 hours so I can do my best to resolve the issue.
• I do not offer full refunds, if you let me know you are unhappy within 24 hours I can fix the issue for free or remove the lashes, if a removal is required for whatever reason I am happy to give a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
• If you have had a reaction even after a patch test, I will remove the lashes for you for free, however I can not issue a refund due to the time spent and products used. Please read info about patch testing for more information on this.
