Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be classed as a no show and will be cancelled.

Please come alone to your appointments if possible, please let me know if you need to bring someone along with you.

Please reschedule your appointment if you have any symptoms of Covid-19

Wear your own face mask to your appointment, if you forget there will be some available to purchase for £1

All my tools will be sanitised between appointments and all surfaces will be disinfected.

Please give 48 hours or more notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or you will lose your booking fee. No shows will be charged 100% of their missed appointment before being able to rebook.

All services that require a patch test will need to be completed 48 hours before your appointment, if the patch test is not completed your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Please remember Eyelash Extensions are a luxury service, they do require after care from you at home. If you fail to follow this aftercare, services can be refused in future. After care information will be given to you after your treatment but please if you have any questions feel free to ask.
